Do you offer Free Delivery?

FREE Next day Delivery in most locations on all supply orders and no minimum order size.  We ship nationwide to!

$50 minimum for free delivery, additional out of area charges apply. Furniture, large items and IT items excluded.

Are You Locally Owned?

YES! Locally owned and located in Concord, NC with an additional location in Wilmington, NC.

Some are based in the U.S. and call centers are in remote locations with no local representation.

Who delivers your orders?

We have our own trained, professional drivers who are assigned to your specific area.

Some have their own trucks but oftentimes utilize sub-contractors.

Who delivers your Furniture, File Cabinets and other large items?

We have a team of professional, experienced installers that can handle any install job, large or small, and it’s FREE!  Systems are our specialty!

Additional charges apply to furniture and most often for ground floor deliveries only.  Most often performed by sub-contracted labor.  No systems installed. 

Do you charge more for furniture installations?

No.

There are additional charges for everything from area location to actual setup fees. Outside of normal delivery areas require special arrangements and additional fees.

How many products do you offer?

Our Reference Office Supply Catalog features over 28,000 products, however we have access to over 100,000+ items to meet every need from janitorial to advertising products and custom printing.

WYSIWYG. What you see is what you get. If it isn’t in their catalog you cannot order it nor are they willing to locate a supplier for you.

What are your payment terms?

Net 30 days.

Credit accounts are offered by third party vendors with payment due in 25 days, no exceptions. Late charges will always apply.

Do I need to use my account number to place an order?

No. We know our accounts by name. We take the time to learn your business requirements and how we can best meet those needs.

You must know your account number, catalog code and your credit account number every time you call.  They will not take the time to help identify helpful items for you either.

Do you have outside sales support?

Yes! We have a highly experienced and trained staff ready to serve you.  Our relationships with our customers are a vital part of our ability to meet their needs.

No outside sales representation.  Sales people are there only to open new accounts.  There is no opportunity to establish a business relationship.

Who or where is your billing and other accounting functions handled?

All accounting functions are handled by our staff at our corporate location.

Credit and collections services are handled by outside third parties.

What item number do I use to order products?

We use the actual manufacturers item number which is found on most products and/or packaging.

The big guys use arbitrary 9-10 digit numbers that make it difficult to locate the exact product you need often resulting in ordering errors.

Are you going to send me a new catalog every two weeks?

Our Catalogs are yearly, semi-annual and quarterly.  We don’t fill you mailbox with catalogs that waste money and resources such as paper.

They fill your inbox with catalogs every week or two and their prices change almost daily making it difficult to know your cost and wastes our valuable resources and increases operating costs.

Can I order online, anytime?

24/7 online ordering is available.  Our customer service professionals are available from 8am-5pm EST Monday – Friday.  All orders placed by 5pm will arrive the next business day.  We even ship nationwide with most locations receiving next day delivery.

Orders must be placed by 5pm and fax orders MUST be placed before 3pm for next day delivery IF you are within their local delivery areas. Otherwise you are only guaranteed delivery within 7 business days.

How do your prices compare?

We compete extremely well with the big boxes but we beat them hands down when it comes to Customer Service and business relationships.  We offer complete procurement services designed to meet every possible need you and your business will have.

Pricing changes many times daily.  Prices are often different from the web site to the store.  How do you think they pay for those brick and mortar stores and all that inventory and personnel?

How do I setup an account and how long will it take?

We can have your account setup the same day.  If you need a higher credit limit your credit application will be processed and your limit may be raised within 3-4 days upon approval.

You must submit a detailed credit application and it will take 4-6 business days for approval and the limits may not be sufficient for your purchasing needs.
